berman hosting cpu versus poweruphosting cpu

my berman hosting cpu usually operates in a laidback manner at 10 to 40% usage, whilst my poweruphosting cpu is nearly always up around 99%.

why is this?

theres plenty of projects for it to be working on HARDER! :/
