How to collect footprints for specific engine?

I need to collect footprints for custom engines what the best possible ways to do it.

What tools should I use?

Update: I used gsa footprint studio and that was not much of help. I was not able to get specific footprints to that engine.

    options->advanced->site lists->import->search engines->Search for URLs->...
    On that dialog you can add footprints to the keywordss by category/engine.

    thanks. But i was asking the best practices to collect footprints for custom engines that are not available in GSA ser.

    I want to know the practices so it yeilds maximum number of outputs.
