Need a little help setting this up and it working

Well, I've watched the videos and whatnot. I cant seem to get this thing to work, it wont capture email address's. I am pretty sure it is my fault, the documentation is for email spider.
I'm very rusty at this, i use to have email spider and it worked great, cant remember how i set it up, as it was a long time ago. If i post my settings, can someone show me what im doing wrong. The dude in the video is great, but im just trying to capture email addresses, and at some point i want street addresses

And, to be honest, i have no idea what proxies are or how they work, do i need proxies for this? Will public proxies work?
When i scan i click on scrape and parse, is that correct or should i just be scraping

I would appreciate anyone's help, Thank You

    OK lets skip the proxy part for now as you don't need it for scraping emails only. Just show us your settings or send me a project backup in personal message.

    I don't need proxies to scrape emails? i thought i did

    it improves speed if you use them for search engines as you can scrape more at the same time though.
