I'm just starting out, I need help with.....

Hi everyone, I'm pleased to be a part of this great community. I've been around & have owned a few GSA products for some months now, and I haven't had the time to start using them until now. I really do NEED a beginner-guide or site(s) where I can learn to start building high quality backlinks to rank my websites. I don't have the budget to hire professionals, but I do have the TIME now to learn and do these myself. 

ANY help would be HIGHLY appreciated. Thank you
