Help figuring out some advanced settings

Trying to figure out some site list stuff and how some of the options work.
I had a list of a few hundred specific urls I wanted to take out of ser
Went into settings, advanced, site lists, highlighted the identified section, tools, remove urls from file...and a box pops up
First off, theres some auto timer countdown for only a few seconds and I can barely read the 4 options (had to do it again and take a pic with my phone) at all let alone understand what they do and select one? Could there be a longer timer, or maybe even better just a simple button to click on to enter and move forward or needing to click on one of the selections before it moves forward?
Thankfully i had exported my site lists before doing any of this because whatever i hit it deleted all of my site lists, millions of urls...i reimported them and it looks like im back to where it was before doing this?
I tried it again with the same process and copy pasting the urls into the manual box and selected 'url' and it took out a few thousand, but there is a list of about 225k urls it was supposed to take out.
Is ser not as specific as scrapebox when it comes to dup urls...ie is it considering the https:// and http:// and https://www. and http://www. versions all the same url...and with or without the trailing slash?
Anyways, id like to understand that function moving forward but also, why on earth that default option with the timer or anything else i would have clicked there would have totally deleted all of my urls from all site lists like that? The list was all .wordpress.com subdomains
So i dunno what would have happened from any of those options from the pop up box
remove urls if domain matches?
subdomain/domain/url/cancel
