Locked Out Of VPS But Need To Transfer Licenses to new VPS

Hi everyone,

Recently I purchased GSA's primary backlink building tool, the captcha breaker, indexer, redirect product and GSA content creator and have used the product for 2 weeks and have since been completely unable to access my VPS even after reaching out to support which have been extremely unhelpful.

Is there a way I can get a new VPS and still use the same licenses I originally bought as purchasing a brand new set up licenses doesn't seem like the best solution.

Is there a way to void the previous licenses and get new licenses to replace them?

I've also seen Sven's previous tutorial which is below

1. install all on the new pc
2. go to your old pc in folder c:\users\<login>\appdata\roaming\
3. copy all folder with GSA* to the new PC to the same folder (different login-folder maybe)
4. Uninstall from old PC
5. register on new PC
6. Optional delete all from the old PC in the folder seen in 2.
7. Maybe edit all config.ini files in the GSA subfolders and search for

and change that to a new location if it differs on the new PC.

However I can't access my old PC to copy the folder and uninstall the programs from the old PC.

Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks!

Just install SER on your new machine and input your licence details. As long as SER isn't also running on your old VPS at the same time you should be fine. Unfortunately the only way you'll recover your old project data is to copy it from your previous installation, so hopefully you took a backup.
