Hello
I encountered this problem in GSA program
No URLs to submit, project on pause for 5 minutes
This error is shown in Tier 2 and Tier 3
Please advise what should I do

    Yeah since you are in a link wheel to build tier 2.and 3 you need to have veirifieds from tier 1. Without tier 1 you are unable to build foer lower tiers. Same apply whenever you do manually as well. First let it build tier 1 and then eventually according to your settings it will start.

    I cameback here after 2 years and notice few changes there.  If you are not using a link list try to scrape some targets from google ( I guess now it's hard and hard to scrape google so better to buy a link list)
