cannot create category wordpress

in GSA Content Generator

If I use GSA SER to post on WordPress, it can create categories. However, when using GSA Content Generator, it cannot create categories when posting on WordPress, and using an existing category ID doesn't work either.

WordPress is the latest version, and I am using the Classic Editor.

I followed the instructions here:
