Can't register Proxy Scrapper

edited January 18 in GSA Proxy Scraper
Had to do a reformat and  reload windows 7. Now when I load Proxy Scrapper I can't get it to register. I input the info and it says to restart the program. I do, and then the box pops up wanting me to register again. Tried 3 times with the same result. What am I doing wrong?

    I registered it on Linux and Windows without any problems
