10 million successful sent 200 replies 18k tracked clicks

I want to ask 1 question 

I am sending messages to 10 million web owners

I am using GSA and VPN 
Not using any proxy not captcha breaker 

Because I have sorted out sites what don't have captcha 

My almost messages are sending successful 
But I get 200 emails

I also added tracking system 18000 tracked records

I am confused my all messages are successfully sent or not because GSA software showing successful sent

I have set 700 thread's

Please guide me I try to check log but there is nothing from where I can see anything

10M shall receive 10k confirmation emails. Ips might be blocked as they are vpn.

are u sure they are alive, up and running domains? other than vpn/ip block issues that others already mentioned, unless its a very freshly scraped list, and even then, id run them thru a rough check with scrapebox's alive checker addon. make sure your not wasting time on domains that have expired or have down hosting etc
