Send To Same Site Again

Any suggestions on this? I reset the domains and I get the message:
filtered (was sending to that site before).
I have a new message to send. Any way around this?

    Hi Sven
    I've tried that numerous times. If I reset these records and then send to them again I get the same message, filtered (was sending to that site before). If I right click on one record and Submit, it sometimes works.
    Any other suggestions?

    Solution found if anyone else has this problem.
    Disable the Global Blacklist. 
    All now send.
