How can I toggle off using wordpress subdomains for comments?

Anywhere I want
in Need Help
I've noticed this message in my logs for posting comments to .wordpress.com subdomain based urls...
"submission failed (you are posting comments too quickly)"
So they must have a system wide filter for the same ip or group of proxies (not sure what the right amount of proxies to use per thread etc yet to avoid this yet) posting to any of their subdomains.
Those are in the 'general blog' engine category i believe? So I dont want to deselect that totally of course...
but could there be a way to just have a check box to toggle off using wp subdomains to post to and reenable at a later date when i figure out the amount of proxies i need to avoid being banned?
or is adding that to the general blacklist and then deleting it when i want to post to them again a practical workaround?
thanks

messaged u a handful of urls....i just looked at them too and was kinda surprised they didnt all have the same cookie cutter footer footprint. i think it depends on which theme people are using and/or how they have the layout setup, plus some are in a different language and that throws things off.
most if not all of them have "Create a free website or blog at WordPress.com." or just "blog at WordPress.com." in the footer
not sure if that will cause a lot of false positives of other non wp websites referencing that or not.
would be great if there was just a simple option to skip/block something based on the url structure only since thats uniform across all subs regardless of any various footprints in the source code etc
not sure what the most resource efficient way to do this is. i have about 1.5mil of these wordpress subs, which have value for some things and some projects but in general i want to be able to use all the other comment types other than these
id rather not have delete then import/identify them again either due to the volume etc
