Upon accessing the site, I encountered persistent errors such as the "502 Bad Gateway" message, and the links to update the lists don't work at all. I have attempted to contact customer support, but I haven't received any response, which raises serious doubts about the legitimacy of this service. I strongly advise against purchasing this product, as my experience suggests it may be a scam.
