No targets to post to

Hi 
I am running GSA ser for the first time... After created 20 BL,  I get this error message:
No targets to post to (Posts per account: 5, Accounts per site: 5, Minutes to wait for first post: 0-5, Minutes to wait for next post: 10-1400, Minutes to wait for next signup: 10-50)

I am using private proxies from Proxy Jet.  


I have read this but it didnt't help me much:

    Are you using a sitelist, or have you enabled scraping ?

    Maybe you have set to many strict filters. It would be hard to guess without seeing the project settings and GSA SER basic settings
