Threads of GSA after some hours running decreased from 200 to only between 15 and 80

I am currently setting up 200 threads for GSA SER. However, when I initially start the project, the threads run at full capacity very well. But for some reason, after running for about half a day, I notice that the number of threads decreases, and most of the time, only 15-80 threads are running. Currently, both my memory and CPU usage are low.
Additionally, I am importing the target URLs directly to run instead of using the custom sitelist feature.
My VPS has 12 GB RAM and 6 core CPU.
