Can i write Capcha manually? Can i submit new article directory?

Hi, first sorry for my bad English, i just purchased GSA and watching some tutorial, and i have 2 questions, i donna have any Capcha service, and i want to answer capcha manually, CAN I? and how?
Another thing, can i submit new article directories for GSA [the same supported kind of article directories by GSA]?

    When creating the project in options choose "Ask user only to fill captchas"

    rigth click on the project->import target urls (as written in FAQ!).
