Feature Request to sort newly added/removed default sites

I love the new custom database feature, thanks again for making that happen, very cool.
I just finished my own custom database, unselecting any 302's that snuck thru despite my other settings in link type, and a few dozen casino, porn, pharma type links.
Then I thought, what will happen when new sites are added or current sites deleted from the main software database?
Could there be some feature...a check box to toggle or an export function or...something/anything, basically so I know a list of any newly added sites so I can determine if I want to add them to my current filtered custom database.
And for any sites that get deleted, it would be cool to know that as well so I can add them to the blacklist or use the remove url function in the main gsa ser program and my other files so I'm not wasting more resources building indexing tiers or adding them to other indexing services etc anymore if they are dead.
Related side note, would be great to have a similar feature in the gsa seo indexer software as well for similar reasons.
