Filter file/blacklist from old school Charon redundant?

Anywhere I want
I'm getting back into proxy scraping/usage again more heavily and am sorting thru old folders/files...
I see the gsa proxy scanner software, which I bought, has a "dangerous ips" file which is great...
And I realize this might be kind of a dumb question but just wanted to throw it out there.
I have a folder of the old school Charon proxy tool from back in the day, literally 20 years old now...and there is a similar folder in there "filter files" and just skimming thru that and the gsa dangerous ips file I see alot of similarities as far as filtering gov/edu type stuff which makes sense to avoid issues.
Would there be anything of current use from the old Charon filter files, or would all of that be outdated or already fully integrated into the current gsa program?

No idea if/how often ip ranges etc cycle in/out or if they would ever be available down the road for public use after certain private/gov/edu use etc.
