redirect engine says nofollow in hint but dofollow in verified in report and is a 302?

i was running some tests and noticed in one of the standalone redirect/shortener engines https://u.to/ when i looked at the verified link report in ser it says its a dofollow redirect...but its a 302 vs 301 when i check it? and when i hover my mouse over the engine in ser it says its a nofollow there

just wondering what the discrepancy here is as i try to sort out my templates for which/how to use different engines for different things
