How can I make sending fast

I have purchased 46 millions url list and I am sending messages but in 24 hours I can send hardly 15 to 20 thousands successful messages remaining a lot of failed 

Some JavaScript failed 
Some no content
Some no contact forms
Some redirect etc 

I need help for making it fast may I need very fast internet right now my internet speed is 20 Mbps 

Also I must need RDP proxies VPN etc or I can speed up without it

    Sounds like your list is crap. You can run a check on the URLs before sending messages.

    I'm typically not using proxies when sending out messages. But if you are sending out pure spam then you better do use proxies.
