How to permanently remove Webshare

Just getting my Website Contact sorted. I started with test proxies from Webshare and have moved on.
The problem is I don't seem to be able to permanently remove them from the system.
I've tried disabling them, unticking the option under Add Proxies but it still keeps coming back after every restart.
Am I missing something here? How can I purge Webshare from this app please?
