Big queue of sites to post and “no targets to post” error.

1. I passed my posting site list through the Platform Identifier (I chose to save only those engines, posting in which I have specified fpr posting in the project).
2. After that I add the recognized URL's to the projects. 
3. After some time posting stops and an error appears that there are no targets for posting. Although the queue of sites is very large. 
Maybe I don't understand the logic, what is the problem?

    Sometimes the list is spammed with same domain / different subdomain URLs. That can cause it to work on just one URL and wait till it's done and then continue on the next. Try to clear the target urls from duplicate domains via right click and see if it helps.
