SER doesnt verify emails

Hi,
The tool says it has checked my emails and even says how many it checked (so it means it perfecly connects to my inbox) but for some reason it doesnt seem to open the emails, since they are still showing up in my inbox (I set SER to delete them after they have been read), they also show up as unread.
How come?

Here for example with my screen capture below, SER says it parsed 15 emails, which corresponds to the number of emails in the inbox, but it didnt open them. Nor deleted them as configured in the options.
There are emails about newletters but there are also emails about registration to confirm.

    Each client remembers if it has read things or not. SER is reading things correctly and remembers what it has read...so does your client as well.
