If I stop a project while running...

Hi,

If I stop a project while running, and I start it again a moment later, will it restart posting to the urls from the start (I imported a txt list of URLs) ?

Also, the emails that are not been verified yet when I stopped the project, will they be verified as soon as I restart the project, or will they be dismissed?
