About engines offering links without anchor texts

Hi,

Since there are not many engines that offer these 3 conditions together :

- contextual links

- Dofollow

- links with anchor text

...I am planing to widen my search and allow links without anchor texts.

Does it mean the anchor will be my site URL, right? or a generic anchor imposed by the site where the link is posted (like "click here", etc) ?
