How to build backlinks for web 2.0s.

Hi all. 

I have 1000 web 2.0s with good content. Can anyone tell me how to import all the links into 1 project?? I would like to create 1 project to get backlinks for all of my web 2.0s. And which way is the best way to get better PA ( around 20) for web 2.0s.

    Create a project ->Right click on it->Show Verified URLs->right click->Import verified URLs.
