Skip ext links don't work?

Hello, I'm set in project options:

Start posting and then show urls (verif)

does this option not work or have I misunderstood something?

    It works, but SER picks up any URL if it is already linked and it also uses the root domain of your project URL if found and you do not use the option to verify exact URL.

    Thanks, yes, my mistake, the domain is not fresh, and it was already in work!
