Discount on GSA Products Not Working

I am looking to buy multiple GSA Products and starting my Journey with GSA in the checkout page i have noticed it shows discounted pricing but when i am trying to add to checkout its not working is it normal or bug from 2Checkout ?

    Strange indeed. I have contacted the payment collector.  I hope he can fix it fast.
