Posting the same site many times

Hi! I've disabled the option "Allow posting the same site" and "Retry to submit to previously failed..." but I still have submissions to the same sites many times. How to fix that?

    Try removing duplicate domains from your site list.

    Yes, I removed them. The list is static. I've noticed that this project was made as a duplicate of other project that was allowed to post the same site (but I removed this options in duplicated project). In new projects there's no such issue.

    I just discovered that the posting on same sites only happens if I put the links in a list in a folder. If I import via Clipboard directly into the project, there is no such issue.

    I'm only using General Blogs right now. And practice has shown that only importing via Clipboard keeps duplicates out.
