Verify old backlinks

Hello,

I've created a couple of old backlink lists to send tier 2 backlinks to in GSA however I noticed that a lot of the old backlinks from years ago are dead, how does everyone filter out the dead backlinks? I tried in scrape box but it wasn't very good because it marked some backlinks as dead but they wasn't so I'm wondering if there is a better way?

    Is this the option you mean? what exactly does it do? will it remove the dead links out of the t1 lists I've created?

    See attached image. With that option on, it will remove URLs who are no longer present. If it is a having attached tier projects, then that tier project will also see that the main project has no longer the URL it was building links to. It will remove it and probably also reuse the account to create new content.

    @Sven I think you might misunderstand what I mean, I have old txt file with old t1 backlinks created years ago using other software such as RankerX and I would like to remove all the broken links before I upload the file to GSA and start building t2 links to them.

    You can just create a project containing your money site url as a target url. Then open the verified urls  and right click and import your T1 links. Then click on verify and the software will check the links for you.
