Dear Proxies location make a different in GSA if i am targeting UK and Russian speaking country ?

    Yes. you should use good proxies for UK and RU for posting if you can. 

    For example, I use US and UK mostly and sprinkle in a few other somewhat english speaking countries like spain and or germany, but I dont use much else.

    Proxies make a HUGE difference depending on what task you are using them for! And can ruin you day if using wrong ones for wrong reason.
