Importing TXT URL list to GSA URLS?

Hi, I have a TXT file hosted at a URL (domain.com/urllist.txt) that contains a large number of links, with new URLs constantly being added. The format is very simple—just one URL per line.

Is it possible to import this into GSA URLs? I see options for importing RSS feeds and sitemaps, but what about importing from a plain TXT file of URLs?

    If you want to use these URLs as targets: right click on project->import target urls->...
    If you want to use these URLs as source to build backlinks to: edit project->click EDIT next to the URL Input field->Import
    If these URLs are verified URLs with backlinks to the project URL: right click on project->Show URLs->Verified->right click on listing->Import verified URLs...
    If you have URLs with accounts (format: URL:login:password): right click on project->modify project->import->account data->...

    you can still use the RSS feed option here as a simple txt file will also work.

    If I use the RSS option to monitor domain.com/links.txt, how often will GSA pick up changes? For example, if URLs are updated every hour at domain.com/links.txt, how frequently will GSA detect and process those changes?

    Little formality question, if my RSS URL is down, will GSA keep using cached version until RSS URL becomes reachable again or will it just stop posting until its able to successfully crawl RSS URL again?

    It would be pausing the project till a new load is possible.
