import articles into the project from the GSA content generator. Tell me, what path should I specify?

In Content Generator I usually choose the export (GSA Search Engine Ranker - All Fields) option. Then in SER you can click the import button as shown in your image and choose to either import just the articles or all the fields like description, anchors, etc.

what is the difference between All Fields and All Fields++

all fields+++ will add some more fields to fill.
