Confused as to 'Use KW As Anchor Text'

Hi, everyone.
I am confused about the behavior of this function in SER.
If I check [ X ] Use keywords as anchor text in Data Pane of Project Data popup,
I see what appears to be  an ambiguity.

I would have to leave less than 100% of all the lower different types of anchor text for this to be used, no? (Assuming, here!~)

But then if I do leave some of the percentages lower, so that they add to less than100%, main anchors will ALSO be used, by default... (SER even tells us this now!)

So how can a GSA-SER user check "use KWs as anchors", without then also using main anchors as anchors, too?!
What if they do not want those main anchors, but do want KWs?

Sven, might this "Use KWs as anchors..." field also work as a percentage?
Alternatively,  perhaps we can have just a checkbox  type input, no %age,  so user can just select there,  right where SER has the other one asking about using KWs. 
User can then  choose [x] main anchors or [x] KWs, or both.
Then, I guess SER will decide or keep it 50/50 of remaining KW percentage  if both are selected?

    With that option on, it just exchanges the main anchors with keywords and leaving the rest of the percentage the same.
