Nearly all the same domains in the latest site lists in redirect and indexer softwares?

I feel like I'm missing something here...
It's been so long since I used it, I decided to launch, update, and run the seo indexer software to see if it had any new sites in it.
Same goes for the standalone redirect pro software.
I got about 15k successful submissions in each software.
There's only about 1.6k unique domains from the redirect pro software that were not also in the seo indexer report. And only less than 300 unique domains in the indexer report that weren't in the redirect report.
And the indexer urls no longer look anything like the old/typical stat/indexer type sites, but look mainly like redirects...which makes sense consider the crossover mentioned above.
Am I going crazy or what am I missing here?
Just trying to avoid redundancy on building the same links across multiple softwares is all.
