GSA PROXY SCRAPER stop to find new proxies

My GSA Proxy Scrapper stoped to find and add new proxies. Keep find finding and dont add new one proxies.
GSA SER works ok for find proxies in their module, but Proxy Scrapper dont add more nothing. What is the problem??

    If Sven’s solution is not working, you can try restarting both of them but starting SER completely before proxy scrapper. Many times that i started proxy scrapper before SER, i found out that SER never received any proxy from proxy scrapper, nor ‘proxy scrapper’ related log from SER
