You don't need to purchase a VPN as it changes entire VPS Ip and cause more trouble to login while having low success rate.
Why not to grab some real vendors like buyproxies.org , solidseovps etc?
There are lot of proxy providers on BHW market place and try to use what your link list seller suggest.
I am using few servers on solid seo vps and hostgnome both offer affordable and reliable service.
If you are a newbie i would suggest you to go low like 10 proxies with 6gb server or you can run your GSA SER in your home pc. After all you don't need million of links like we used to. So using your home pc may be more than enough for you.

bahosero560 You received a response within 5 minutes. The issue arose because you frequently restart GSA, which does not allow enough time for the public proxies to update. Since the system was configured to halt projects when no active proxies were available, it stopped due to the absence of public proxies and displayed a proxy-related pop-up. I resolved this for you shortly after you contacted me on Skype by disabling the public proxies and switching to private proxies for submissions. The problem was fully resolved within 15 minutes of your initial contact.
