Adding a List By Importing it

Hi Guys
I've read that I can import a CSV file into the project by right clicking and selecting Import URL's >From File. When I try this nothing appears in the URL list. The reason I'm trying this is to personalize the message with "Hello %Name%" at %Website%".
Any suggestions of this?

The CSV file has to hold an URL in some of the columns. Details to this is seen here:

That's exactly the instructions I followed. It turns out the CSV file needs to be in UTF-8 format for it to work. This is the only format that encloses the fields with double quotes. Found this out by accident.
