Not updating?

googlealchemistgooglealchemist Anywhere I want
in GSA Platform Identifier
I keep seeing the red text telling me "new version available - click to update" and i click it and it looks like its going thru all the downloading/setup/etc to update, it restarts but the same message is still there.
it says its version 2.11

    I have the same update loop issue. It comes and goes; I have reported it in the past.
    It has been like this for many months; I just ignore the update notification and check for an update once a month.

    Same here but with GSA SER, I kept getting new updates doing nothing. I think it was API related though, so I took API out and its gone.

    I decided to stop using all these API  add-ins and will stop recommending any of the 3 options listed. It is a constant headache with them, especially with ChromeBrowser opening up more threads than what has been set and chromebrowser threads hanging all the darn time.

    There are better tools and or ways to get web 2.0 backlinks
