Can i use proxy with openai in GSA SER?

Hi. Without proxy and vpn openai in GSA SER doesn't work and on my server openai doesn't work at all. 
There is no way to use vpn on the server. To change the server now there is no possibility. 
I want to know if there is any way to specify a proxy to work with openai in GSA SER?

    I am sorry for my side question. Just wanna know. Is this happen cause your server IP is already flagged for open AI right ?

    PS : @sven, if that is the case, then the user can proxify GSA SER with a specific proxy. ofc it may be slower, but it still can, right?

    yes, he can use special apps that hook on socks connection and reroute it to a proxy.
