Need to unbind SERlib

We have transferred GSA SER, GSA Captcha Breaker, GSA Seo Indexing to another server. Since 8h we are waiting to have the SERlib addon unbind so that we can continue our seo work.  Is this the normal support wait time for this software? Or is there a better channel to have support?

    Good news for SERlib users


    now you can unbind your API key for use on a new Windows installation.

    This can be done by visiting https://gsaserlists.com/unbind/
