I don't know...in the end the goal is always that we want the site rank to increase for specific KWs, and hopefully a good backlink profile will help round out a page's overall worth and help us in this regard. 

But I am not so sure I understand exactly how to create different broader SEO campaigns/GSA projects that differ based on more specific goals for different kinds of goals.
