Any Engines Use Alt Attribute and Image Title (for images embedded in articles)?

If so, which ones, and where are they drawn from? thank you!!

    some engines use custom image format like wiki engines or forums. In those you will not see alt or title but for the rest it is using the same data as you specified in article manager.
    If it is randomly placing images on it's own, then it is using alt but no title.
