Website Contact cannot connect to Captcha Breaker

Could you help please. My Captach Breaker is not communicating with GSA Website Contact. I ran GSA WC all night last night and not a single captcha was solved. When i use it from the test interface, it first says "Unable to start program".
Then I manually start Captcha Breaker (as an administrator) and test, but GSA WC says "please start GSA Website Contact as administrator!" Even though it was started as an administrator
