Issue with exporting articles containing romanian characters

Hey Sven,

First of all: Happy new year! 

I've encountered an issue while trying to export articles I created in the content generator. The titles break when they contain certain Romanian characters, such as 'ă' and 'ț'. There may be other characters affected as well. Could you please look into this? Cheers
