Project Log Q: download failed (SOCK: Connection Timed Out)

Firstly, hope all of you have a safe New Year.

OK; I was wondering...I had thought this meant that the proxy was okay, but the target site was unreachable.

I checked, and the URL is, in fact, reachable. From my browser, the timed out websites came up quickly.

So, what does this mean? Do I need better proxies? Is there something else I need to do?

What are all the possibilities that the above log entry might  mean?

Hmm...I actually didn't note that important detail.

Next time I see this, I will remember to check the type of proxy and add a comment to this thread with the info,
