Verified URLs Verification Multiple Tests Question

For a project, the Verified URLs pane has the option to verify URLs multiple times.

My question is, does SER iterate thru the Verified URL list the first time, the second time only checking anything that didn't return 202 during first test, third time only checking URLs that failed that second test, etc..?

I mean, it makes sense. Once a URL is determined to be 202, why check again?? Just not sure and have always just assumed. Thank you!

It is only checking a site again that was not verified.
