Can you recommend me a good VPS provider for GSA ?

Can somebody recommend me a quality VPS provider for SER ?
I am currently using my laptop for GSA but it's really slow, it's lagging so much when gsa is checking proxies and posting isn't really speed at all. Although, when i search for backlinks via scrapebox and then input them directly into SER and turn off searching backlinks via search engines, i get up to around 20-30 LpM, but that's also slow. My internet connection is 10/0.6 mbps so that's also a problem.

As far as i can see SER is not using too much RAM, around 150-200 MB on my PC, so this 1 GB ram should be okay.
