Reinstall de programs in other PC or Server

I have recently purchased GSA seo indexer and redirect pro, I have tested them on my computer to see what settings are needed.
Now what I want is to leave the 2 programs on another pc that I have as a server.
As I have read that I can not have the programs installed on 2 computers with the same license.
What I have to do is uninstall the 2 programs from my computer and install them with my license on the other computer I have which I will leave it on all the time?
Is that the procedure?

    yes uninstall and then install again on the new system.
