You choose any output type from that menu and later on the dialog you define the format and use "Text (login:password@port:host)".

I want the proxies in the file to be transferred via FTP. How can I do it?

Choose FTP Upload from that menu and then define the rest on the flowing dialog.

I tried but couldn't do it. I can't get the output I need for a software. How can I get an output like the one in the picture?

on the first screenshot it shows that there is an error connecting to ftp. Maybe it's ssl? I will add an option for it on next update.
on your second screenshot it shows: protocol//... and thats what is probabbly missing. You might want to export using "Scrapebox" as format where you have the protocol in front as well.
